Want to accept crypto at your salon or med spa? We set up front-desk checkout for services and packages, and you get paid in US dollars. Your rates and fees are set by the processor, and we will walk you through every step, from the application to your first live sale and staff training.
Most salon services and many med spa treatments fall under our $5,000 routing line, so Flexa's iPhone or iPad app at the front desk is the usual starting point. Flexa charges a 1% flat fee with no setup or conversion fees (Flexa).
For larger treatment packages of $5,000 or more, we route to BitPay at 2% + $0.25 under $500,000 a month, with US dollars to your bank the next business day (BitPay pricing). BitPay's retail page lists chargeback protection as a feature of its crypto payments (BitPay).
Package refunds need a plan. Refunds go through the processor dashboard and should be handled by an owner or manager only, never in cash or from a personal wallet. We route by your average ticket: under $5,000 goes to Flexa (1% flat, iPhone/iPad app) and $5,000 and up goes to BitPay (2% + $0.25, next-business-day USD settlement).

Processor fees are set by BitPay and Flexa and can change. Crypto fees are not always lower than card fees, so we compare against your own statement rate. Processors approve or decline merchants, not us.
