These terms cover your use of this website, operated by TapCrypto, an Agensys business, PO Box 141, Gaylord, MI 49734.
Our role
TapCrypto provides setup, training and support services. We are not a payment processor, exchange, bank or money transmitter, and we never hold, exchange or transmit your funds. Crypto payments are processed by third parties such as BitPay or Flexa under their own terms, and they decide whether to approve your business.
No guarantees
We don't promise any increase in sales, savings or returns. Processor fees and features are set by the processors and may change. Statistics on this site come from the cited third-party sources.

Setup deposit
If you pay a $99 setup deposit, it reserves your spot and is credited toward your plan. It is fully refunded only if your processor application is declined; otherwise it is non-refundable. Devices ship only after processor approval. Monthly Plan ($79/month with a SUNMI or Galaxy device, $89/month with an iPad): 24-month term with autopay (card or ACH); TapCrypto owns the device until month 24, then it's yours and the plan drops to $39/month support, cancel anytime; the included 1 hour of training must be used within 30 days of setup, and extra training is $75/hour; early cancellation costs the greater of $250 or $20 per remaining month, or return the device in good condition and pay $150. Pay Yearly: cancel within 30 days for a refund minus the device value if kept, or minus a restocking fee of 15% of the device price (you pay return shipping) if returned unopened; with your own iPad ($599 year 1), a 30-day cancellation refunds $449 and the $150 setup fee is kept; no refund after 30 days; the device becomes yours once the 30-day window passes; the included device is itemized with 6% Michigan sales tax. Buy outright: the device is itemized with 6% Michigan sales tax; unopened devices may be returned within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the device price (you pay return shipping). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card number. On-site travel beyond 60 miles is quoted per visit. With the Website Add-On, TapCrypto owns the site and licenses it to the merchant.

Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement. See pricing.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. Michigan law governs these terms.
